It's been more than 10 days with no response regarding the issue, I am also expecting a refund of a hire order made by accident, I would like to know what decision you came to in order to know whether to visit the store or not, I understand that this is a rare case from this company as me and my family are regular customers and have always gotten your products. But you can agree that what happened was unacceptable, neither the vest nor the shirt had any buttons and I looked quite like an idiot for the event, forcing me to return it immediately.
I am really expecting a refund from this as I couldn't physically wear what you gave me and was extremely disappointed with the service and product provided. I thank you for your time to investigate this issue but it's been way too long.
Regarding the accidental order i have made, its been more than 21 days and still received no refund

Made to measure wedding suit
My son & I went to buy his wedding suit but could not find anything suitable & decided on a made to measure one.
We picked a Italian wool fabric silk lining thought that will be very smart.
After being measured taking at least two hours thought that should be perfect.
No on picking it up the trousers were too long took them back to Bold Street to be altered by there Taylors that worked out ok.WORN ONCE FOR WEDDING HAD IT CLEANED & the lepels came back rumpled nobody will
help with this.Cleaner blame the interfacing used when it was made Moss bros just keep ducking & diving will not help.£524 wasted money dont trust them.
